The
decision to purchase practice management software is not
an easy one to make. Our courteous and friendly staff

the right purchase option, to transitioning from your
old system to your new, to training and to continued support
we are here to help. We currently offer two options for
Clinic Controller: Therapy, a subscription plan and a
out right purchase plan.
The purchase option provides the end user with the current
retail package and is licensed per clinic. The price includes
the first six months of support and maintenance. Support and maintenance contract after the first six months is available and entitles you to support as well as all updates and upgrades.
The second option is our subscription plan. The subscription
rates are based on the number of visits seen per month
and are tiered based on volume. As a clinic size changes
the software costs scales accordingly. The subscription
fees include maintenance as well as all major and minor
updates that will keep the clinic in line with the current
retail package. Subscription includes unlimited
users and therapists. Current subscription plans come
out to less then a dollar per visit.
